Junior Social Media / Administrative Assistant 

Position Overview: As a Junior Social Media / Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both administrative functions and social media marketing within our dealership. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who is well-organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about social media. You will work closely with our marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations, an effective social media presence, and exceptional administrative support for our dealership. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and update social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media channels
  • Maintain social media content calendar and coordinate with team members for content creation and scheduling
  • Assist with photography, delivery photos, new and used vehicles etc
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes 
  • Assist with other general office duties

Requirements:
 
  • High school completion
  • Experience with social media platforms (personal or professional) Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
  • Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative when necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media management tools
