Role and Responsibilities: As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and desires. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers.
- Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals.
- Closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through the entire sales process.
- The dealership is open Monday - Saturday and May involve opening and closing RDO and rostered Saturdays.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping people.
- Product knowledge or a willingness to learn about our brands.
- Clear police record.
- A valid driver's license.
